Your child’s place at Wonder Cove is confirmed once your booking and payment have been received.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
By booking a place, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment and Cancellation
Wonder Cove places are booked and paid for in advance for the full block of sessions.
The fee covers the full block and individual sessions cannot be cancelled or refunded where your child is unable to attend, including due to illness.
Collection
Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.
Collection arrangements follow the school’s usual procedures. Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring that the school has up-to-date information about who is authorised to collect their child.
Cancellation by Wild About STEM
In the unlikely event that a session needs to be cancelled, parents will be notified through the school’s usual communication arrangements.
Any arrangements relating to the cancelled session will be made by the school.
Behaviour
Wonder Cove is an inclusive and respectful environment.
Children are expected to treat other children, staff, equipment and the environment with respect.
If a child’s behaviour repeatedly puts themselves or others at risk, their place at Wonder Cove may be withdrawn.
Liability
Wild About STEM has appropriate public liability insurance.
Activities are planned and supervised with children’s safety in mind.
